Assistant Researcher (Theoretical Nuclear Physics)

The Department of Physics & Astronomy at UCLA seeks applications for a part-time (80%) Assistant Researcher in the area of theoretical work in the field of nuclear physics. Qualified candidates will have a Ph.D. in Physics or a related field and a demonstrated background in nuclear and/or particle physics. The position will involve theoretical work in the field of Quantum Chromodynamics and strong interactions. Candidates should provide a curriculum vitae, a publication list and a diversity statement. The deadline for applications is February 1, 2019.
