Position description

The UCLA Abdominal Imaging / Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology fellowship program provides advanced clinically rigorous training in fluoroscopy (UGI, enteroclysis, defecography), Abdominal CT, CTA, CT Colonography, CT enterography 3D Post Processing Techniques, CT PET, Ultrasound (including 3D/4D, High Risk OB, Vascular and Saline Hysterosonography), Abdominal MR Imaging (liver, pancreas, kidney, enterography, fibroid, prostate), MR Angiography, MR Spectroscopy, MR Pelvic Floor, GYN and Fetal MR. The program provides well-rounded and varied experience that can serve as a solid foundation for either academic or private practice careers. Interventional procedures carried out by the CSIR section include all biopsies, drainages, nephrostomies, nephrolithotomy tract placements, tumor ablation with RF, cryo or microwave, MR guided targeted prostate biopsy, and MR guided HIFU for uterine fibroids.
