Job Description

The Department of Integrative Biology & Physiology at the University of California, Los Angeles, seeks applicants for an Assistant Project Scientist position. The candidate must hold a PhD in microbiology, immunology, neuroscience, or other field of biological sciences, and have at least four years of experience beyond the PhD. The candidate must have detailed knowledge of microbiome and/or neuroimmunology research. The candidate must have demonstrated skills in molecular biology, functional genomics, imaging, anaerobic culture and gnotobiotics.
