Position description

A position is available in the laboratory of Dinesh Rao, MD, PhD, for An Assistant Project Scientist. The position involves research in the genesis and maintenance of MLL-translocated leukemia. The lab is focused on the identification and characterization of RNA-binding proteins that are important in leukemia and hematopoiesis. The scientist will perform molecular biology research, biochemical research, mouse work, and small molecule development research. This is an advanced lab-based position with extensive wet-bench responsibilities and duties. Completion of a Ph.D. and a post-doctoral fellowship in relevant areas of research with the expertise noted above are required.
