The Department of Education at UCLA seeks applications for temporary, part-time lecturer positions during the 2021-22 academic year. Lecturer appointments are established quarter by quarter according to the instructional needs and budget constraints of the department. Applications will be kept on file for consideration for any openings that may occur throughout the year. Responsibilities will include lecturing, conducting regularly scheduled office hours, and the writing and grading of assignments and exams.
A doctorate in Education or related discipline is required for most graduate and undergraduate courses by date of hire, preferred but not required for courses in professional programs such as the Teacher Education Program and the Principal Leadership Institute.
