Position description

The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applications for a position at the level of Assistant or Associate Project Scientist. The position will be in the Deb lab and the candidate will work on understanding the molecular basis of cardiometabolic disease. Candidate will be expected to generate Crispr/cas engineered cell lines, RNA-FISH assays, and other general molecular techniques. Extensive background in molecular biology is required. Candidate will be expected to be comfortable handling murine and human tissue samples and background in bioinformatics is preferred. A PhD is required.
