Position description

The Department of Radiological Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is recruiting for a full-time Professor (all ranks) to join our Diagnostic Neuroradiology Imaging Section.

Clinical responsibilities will comprise of coverage of all diagnostic neuroradiology inpatient and outpatient services at all hospitals (3) and outpatient imaging centers (10) in a rapidly expanding academic health system, UCLA Health. This position encompasses all major diagnostic (CT, and MR, and fluoroscopy) modalities, performance of ACGME defined image-guided procedures, and on-call/weekend coverage.

The candidate will supervise and teach top-flight diagnostic neuroradiology fellows and radiology residents.

The Department is seeking candidates with the potential for being outstanding in the above noted requirements, in clinical work, in research, in teaching, and in having a clear commitment to enhancing the diversity of the faculty, staff, and trainees.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

This position requires superior clinical, procedural and teaching skills. The candidate must be board certified in radiology and fellowship trained in diagnostic neuroradiology.
