The Department of Pediatrics at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, California seeks a full-time, academic, board-certified faculty member to join our Pediatric Infectious Diseases Division at the Clinical Instructor level in the Health Sciences series. Responsibilities will include attending on the clinical Infectious Disease service, teaching Residents and Fellows at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital, UCLA Santa Monica Hospitals and affiliated clinics. Other responsibilities include engaging our programs in infection prevention and in antibiotic stewardship targeted for perinatal, pediatric, and adolescent populations. Strong interest in research and teaching with relevant clinical research experience is preferred. The salary range for this position is $99,200 - $134,300. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
