The salary range for this position is $99,200 - $192,867. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.

Position description

The Department of Pediatrics and Mattel Children’s Hospital of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA seeks a faculty member to join the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at the Clinical Instructor rank. Applicants must be board certified in Pediatrics and board certified/eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology. They will also be expected to demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in basic science research.

Duties will include outpatient care, and inpatient consultation service, teaching of fellows and residents, and participation in clinical research or other scholarly endeavors that will lead to academic promotion. 75% protected time will be provided for research and 25% for all clinical services.

Board certified in Pediatrics
Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
