Position description
The UCLA School of Dentistry invites applications for Visiting Professors, Visiting Researchers, and Visiting Project Scientists in various disciplines of dentistry for our research and/or teaching programs. A PhD or DDS (or their equivalents) is required. The title (e.g. Visiting Professor, Visiting Researcher, or Visiting Project Scientist) and level of appointment (e.g., Assistant, Associate, or Full) for each chosen applicant will be commensurate with his or her proposed duties and qualifications. These positions are without salary except in extremely special circumstances and are chiefly intended to accommodate qualified individuals on sabbatical or leave from other colleges, universities, research institutions, or their equivalent who wish to pursue their work at UCLA. These appointments are for up to one year, with the possibility of a single one year extension.
