Position description

The Division of General Internal Medicine & Health Services Research invites applications for faculty positions at the Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor level (MD or PhD). Successful applicants will have conducted outstanding, independent scholarly work in health services, epidemiology, or a social science related to health or health care. They must have the potential to obtain peer-reviewed funding and serve as PI on multidisciplinary research teams. For physicians, research training via fellowship or Master’s program is desirable. The position includes teaching research skills to fellows. Physicians will also care for patients as well as teach and supervise clinical trainees. The Division has ongoing collaborations with Schools of Public Health, Public Policy, and RAND.
