Position description

The Department of Molecular Cell & Developmental Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles, seeks applicants for researcher position. The candidate must have MD or PhD and demonstrated expertise in developmental and stem cell biology of the heart as well as training in molecular biology and mouse genetics. In particular, experience in human embryonic stem cell research would be valued. The position is full time and the salary will be commensurate with experience.

Successful candidates will be expected to conduct independent research, supervise postdocs and students, do service, publish results in scientific journals and present results at national and international meetings.
