Position description
The Department of Radiological Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA has an immediate opening for a Postdoctoral Scholar with expertise in multi-dimensional Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging and knowledge of MATLAB, C/C++ and MRS/MRI pulse programming skills.
The applicant must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree relating to MR Physics or biomedical Physics or Biomedical Engineering, and must have hands-on experience in developing novel MR pulse sequence and post-processing algorithms. Previous experience in Data Acquisition and Post-processing in Vivo Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy and MRI, accelerated MR spectral acquisition (echo-planar /radial/concentric circular/spiral encoding) and post-processing using non-linear reconstruction/compressed sensing is desired. Pulse sequence programming experience on Siemens IDEA platforms is desired. Please contact and send curriculum vitae to the following address:
