Position description

The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at UCLA is seeking a candidate for appointment in the Adjunct Series (Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full).

Appointments in this series in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA are made in cases of academically qualified individuals who hold compensated positions in the School of Medicine or an affiliated hospital and who are engaged in teaching and in research or other creative activity. The individual may not necessarily work as an independent investigator, but may, for example, be a valued member of a research team. Creative activities may also take other forms such as in administration, or in the development of innovative teaching or clinical programs and the like. Faculty in the adjunct series are also expected to participate in other professional endeavors and in University and public service. Position may involve teaching of trainees including graduate students and post docs.

Qualified candidates will require a Ph.D. at minimum. Rank is commensurate upon experience.
