The Department of Neurology and the Multiple Sclerosis Program at the University of California, Los Angeles are recruiting for a new faculty position for further expansion of our multiple sclerosis clinical and research programs.
Requirements & Job Summary:
The successful applicant must have completed a multiple sclerosis fellowship (two year minimum, three or more years preferred, by the start date of employment) or hold an Assistant Professor position with expertise in clinical MS. The applicant must have outstanding clinical and teaching skills, as well as a keen interest in clinical research in MS. The applicant will participate in the clinical, teaching, and research activities of the UCLA Multiple Sclerosis Program. This includes providing outpatient clinical care in the UCLA multiple sclerosis clinic, participating in multiple sclerosis clinical trials, attending multiple sclerosis clinical research monthly meetings, and serving as Attending for the inpatient general neurology service. The multidisciplinary UCLA multiple sclerosis program includes NIH, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, and other funded research initiatives.
