The Department of Neurology in the Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is recruiting for a new faculty position for its Neurorehabilitation Program.
Requirements & Job Summary:
The successful applicant must have completed a neurology residency and have fellowship training in neurological rehabilitation, as well as outstanding clinical and teaching skills and clinical research interests. The applicant will participate in the clinical, teaching, and research activities of the Neurorehabilitation Program, the UCLA Stroke Center and the General Neurology Program. Duties include attending on an inpatient stroke or other neurological disease inpatient service at the California Rehabilitation Institute in Century City with other faculty, attending a half-day outpatient clinic weekly, teaching residents and medical students who rotate at CRI, assisting with clinical research studies at CRI and UCLA, and participating in Department of Neurology teaching and service activities.
