Position description

The UCLA Institute for Research on Labor and Employment seeks applications for a temporary, part-time lecturer position for Fall quarter 2018. This is for the course, Labor & Workplace Studies M166A - Immigrant Rights, Labor and Higher Education.

Lecturer appointments are established quarter by quarter according to the instructional needs and budget constraints of the department. Applications will be kept on file for consideration for any openings that may occur throughout the year.

Responsibilities will include lecturing, conducting regularly scheduled office hours, and the writing and grading of assignments and exams.

Priority will be given to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching Labor Studies. Please indicate your areas of specialization.
