Position description

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UCLA, Division of Anatomic Pathology, is searching for an outstanding MD to serve as a dermatopathologist. AP or AP/CP board certification is essential, and dermatopathology fellowship training is preferred. The appointment would be at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor and prior sign out experience is preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for signing out cases on the dermatopathology service and ideally will be able to participate in general frozen section coverage. Along with other faculty in the Division, the candidate will be responsible for participating in tumor boards and will share responsibility for training residents and fellows. Creative contributions in clinical, educational or research projects is expected; UCLA offers a highly collaborative research environment that promotes interactions among faculty in the School of Medicine. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
