Project Scientist, Theranostics
Position description
The Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology at UCLA is seeking an experienced researcher to join, as a Project Scientist, to lead clinical theranostics research. The research program requires a MD degree, familiarity with PET imaging research, and background knowledge in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. Applicants should have good communication skills coupled with evidence of prior publications in the field of imaging.
Responsibilities:
Clinical imaging trial management and data acquisition, database maintenance, data analysis, preparation of research manuscripts, presentations at national and international meetings.
Qualifications:
• Highly motivated
• M.D degree
• Evidence for prior publications
• Prior clinical experience internationally or nationally
• Ability to prioritize work and be well organized
• Team leading skills
• Effective problem solving skills
• Good communication skills (oral and written) with strong work ethic
