Position description

The UCLA Department of Statistics seeks lecturers with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching applied statistics to fill temporary positions for the Master of Applied Statistics program for Fall Quarter 2019, starting on October 1, 2019.

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in Statistics or a related field, a demonstrated excellence in and commitment to teaching, and knowledge of and experience with R, applied statistics, data science, analytics, methods for analyzing big data and machine learning. A Masters or PhD in Statistics or a related field are preferred.
