Position title: Assistant Professor

Position description

The Strategy Area of the UCLA Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill positions at the assistant professor level starting in the 2022-2023 academic year. Research interests of current faculty members include business strategy, technology strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship, behavioral strategy, and strategic human capital management. In evaluating candidates, the search committee seeks evidence of outstanding research potential in one of these or a closely-related area, and also strong evidence of teaching potential at the MBA level. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, and community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence. Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) or expect to complete their Ph.D. by June 2022.

Please note that this is part of an open-rank search in which the Strategy Area will separately be considering applicants with a Ph.D. who have not had a previous tenure track position and assistant professors with experience.
