Position description
The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, is seeking applicants for full-time faculty positions at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks. An M.D. or D.O. is required. Candidates are expected to be board certified or board eligible in Sleep Medicine.
Supervision and teaching of medical students, residents and fellows is expected at one or more of the following sites: UCLA Health Sciences campus, Santa Monica-UCLA Hospital, and outpatient clinics in the Greater Los Angeles area.
The posted UC salary scales [https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/compensation/index.html] set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The salary range for this position is $134,700-$411,500. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
