Position description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Research Supervisor and Lab Operations Manager. This full-time role involves overseeing day-to-day lab operations, coordinating complex research activities, and supporting the long-term strategic needs of a dynamic neuroscience research environment. Core responsibilities include managing inventory and equipment, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating with vendors and institutional partners for animal care, implementing robust data management systems, collaborating on ongoing research, and overseeing protocol documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring junior researchers, resolving interpersonal issues, running neural imaging experiments, and ensuring compliance with institutional and research standards. The role also includes contributions to grant and manuscript preparation and submission of lab-related reports and reimbursements. This position offers the opportunity to help shape and support cutting-edge research efforts through leadership in lab management and operational innovation.
Salary range is $90100-$111400
